For details of Dublin Bus routes go to www.dublinbus.ie, search for the placename 'tallaght' and query the routes suggested. Any route that lists The Square is quite accessible to us (approx. 10 minute walk). Ask the bus driver for the nearest drop off bus stop.

For details of the Luas Red line go to www.luas.ie. The terminus of the Red Line is just a short 10 minute walk from the Education Centre. On exiting the Luas, keep walking in the same direction as you were travelling, past the Civic Theatre on left, past a block of shops on right, through a set of traffic lights.  At the next set of lights cross directly over the Belgard Road. The entrance to IT Tallaght is on the left. Follow the pedestrian signs to the Dublin West Education Centre.

On entering Tallaght IT you will see the Education Centre in the top left corner of the grounds, easily recognisable by its colour. However, to reach it by car you have a half mile drive all around the Institute, through several car parks – see the dotted blue line on the map. Once inside the grounds of the Institute, look for and follow the numerous signs directing you around the college building.

There are a number of challenging speed ramps to be negotiated.
