This face-to-face course will be taking place in Dublin West Education Support Centre and is the last of a three-part series with Patrick Hunt on Biodiversity and Gardening in Schools.
During this session, we will continue the work on the raised bed in the outdoor classroom of Dublin West Education Support Centre with the sensory planting from last term. We will be learning about growing a variety of spring bulbs to give interest from February to June and how to use these in the school grounds. We will learn which are best for pollinators and how to integrate them into existing planting and growing them in large pots or tubs.
