Prioritising well-being in schools is now more important than ever, and research shows that this begins with staff well-being.

A two-part approach is needed for this, involving equipping staff with skills and strategies, and supporting them through a positive whole-school culture.
This webinar will outline 4 key characteristics of a whole-school culture of staff well-being, as well as providing practical strategies for developing these characteristics in daily school life.
