1. Subscription Periods and Pricing

The following subscription plans are available for the 2025/26 school year. Please note that these dates and fees are subject to change with prior notice.

• Full-Year Access: August 25th, 2025 – June 30th, 2026 – €250
• Mid-Year Access: January 1st, 2026 – June 30th, 2026 – €200
• Late-Year Access: April 13th, 2026 – June 30th, 2026 – €150

2. Content and Access

Video content is aimed at Special Needs Assistants (SNAs) at both Primary and Post Primary levels. Initially, all content will be uncategorized, though the system is designed to support categories if the pilot is successful. Videos will be hosted via Vimeo Pro and accessed securely through the platform.

Schools and Teachers with an active subscription (based on school roll number) will be able to access the videos

3. Service Timeline

• First Video Delivery: June 3–6, 2025
• Final Submission of Videos: August 11, 2025
• Library Launch: August 25, 2025

4. Subscription Activation

Activation is from the dates stipulated above. There is currently no automatic renewal, but this may be introduced in future versions of the service.

5. Content Licensing and Use

All content is licensed for personal educational use only. Redistribution, public sharing, downloading, or display outside the platform is strictly prohibited without written consent.

6. Modifications and Future Development

This is a pilot program. Planned features, including content categorization, recurring subscriptions, and expanded access options, may be introduced if the pilot proves successful.
